The Lemon-breasted Seedeater or also known as Lemonbreasted Canary, Finch is a native of the dry South African east, around Mozambique, and prefers savannas, glades, often close to the crops.
It 'widely regarded as a canary hybrids between Mozambique and the Canary Golanera.
The main feature is the design on the face and head, chin and chest, lemon yellow, and scrub with a small bright yellow ear coverts of the BSE. The female and young subjects are similar, but show a more diffuse pattern, but less well defined.
It 's a gregarious bird, which often form flocks with Canarius Mozambicus, and tends to migrate outside of her reproductive period, which in contrast to other African seriuns, coincides with the spring.
It feeds on small seeds and small insects in reproduction.
